No, this is not a clinical therapy or mental health treatment. Should I work with a licensed therapist instead?

If you are experiencing mental health challenges such as trauma, clinical depression, or crisis-related symptoms, it’s important to seek care from a licensed mental health professional. The work offered through Mindankr is not a replacement for psychotherapy or medical advice.


Will I lose control during hypnosis?
