You’ve probably already tried willpower, habit tracking, breathing exercises, maybe even other therapy. And some of it helped for a while. CBH works differently. It combines the structure of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with the deeper reach of clinical hypnotherapy, so change happens at the level where habits and emotional responses are actually formed.
Most people who reach out to Mindankr have already tried. They’ve read the books, downloaded the apps, told themselves “this time will be different.” They understand, intellectually, what they should do. The problem isn’t knowledge, it’s that understanding something and being able to change it are two very different things.
That gap is exactly what CBH is designed to close.
30 minutes, no commitment. We talk about what’s been going on, what you’ve already tried, and whether CBH is the right fit for you. You ask questions. I answer honestly.
Sessions run 50–60 minutes. Most people need between 3 and 6, depending on what we’re working on. Each session builds on the last, and you leave with something concrete to practise before the next one.
The goal is change that holds, not just feeling better in the room. The techniques you learn in sessions are yours to keep and use independently, long after we’ve finished working together.
Who I am
I work with adults who want to change something real, not just feel better about it. My background is in Occupational Psychology, and I’ve spent over 20 years working in applied psychology, coaching and adult development.
I trained in CBH because it’s the approach I’d want if I were the client. It’s structured, it’s evidence-based, and it produces results you can measure not just insight you carry around hoping something shifts.
Sessions are collaborative and goal-focused. We agree on clear outcomes early, track progress, and you leave each session with something to work on. The talking is in service of the change, not the other way around.
Articles on anxiety, habit change, stress and how CBH works — written for people who want to understand the approach before they commit to it.
The clarity call is free. It’s 30 minutes, there’s no commitment, and you don’t need to have everything figured out before you reach out. If you’re not sure whether CBH is right for you, that’s exactly what the call is for.
