How It Works

A structured process that makes change achievable and lasting.

Start with a conversation

Your first session is a feee 30 minute clarity call.  We explore what’s been holding you back and agree on clear, focused goals.  

Work through structured sessions

Sessions run 50 to 60 minutes, typically 4 to 6 depending on your goals.  Each one builds practical skills you can use immediately, not just insight. 

Leave with tools, not just relief

The goals is lasting change, not temporary coping.  You leave each session with techniques to practice so progress continues between sessions, not just during them.

I work with adults who want practical, evidence-based support to overcome anxiety, stress and unhelpful patterns of behaviour.

As a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and Coach with a background in Occupational Psychology, my approach is structured, goal-focused and designed to produce meaningful change, not endless discussion.

Sessions are structured and collaborative, with clear goals agreed early and progress reviewed along the way. The focus is on building practical skills you can apply outside the session, so change continues between sessions rather than relying on insight alone.
