Most people who smoke know they want to stop. The problem isn’t information or willpower, it’s that smoking is a deeply embedded habit, tied to specific triggers, emotions, and routines. That’s exactly what CBH is designed to address.

The smoking cessation programme combines cognitive techniques to tackle the thoughts and beliefs that maintain the habit with hypnotherapy to work at the level where the automatic craving response lives. The programme runs over three sessions totalling approximately four hours, and is designed to be completed over two to three weeks for maximum impact.

Anxiety & Overthinking

Anxiety is exhausting, particularly when you can see what you’re doing and still can’t stop it. The 3am spirals, the catastrophising before events that haven’t happened, the constant background hum of “what if.” You’ve probably tried breathing exercises and mindfulness. They help in the moment. But the pattern keeps coming back.

CBH works on the thought-feeling-behaviour cycle that drives anxiety. We identify the specific triggers and automatic responses that are keeping you stuck, and replace them with patterns that actually serve you. Most clients working on anxiety need between 4 and 6 sessions.

Stress & Burnout

There’s a difference between being busy and being burnt out. Burnout is what happens when stress becomes chronic — when you’ve been running on empty for so long that even rest doesn’t restore you. You’re still functioning, still delivering, but something has switched off underneath.

CBH helps you identify what’s driving the stress response, build genuine recovery into your patterns, and develop the psychological tools to operate under pressure without burning through your reserves. Confidence & Self-belief

Low confidence rarely feels like a simple problem. It shows up as impostor syndrome in meetings, avoidance of situations where you might be judged, a persistent inner voice that finds reasons you’re not ready or not enough. It often has deep roots, which is why telling yourself to “just be more confident” doesn’t work.

CBH approaches confidence at both the cognitive level (challenging the beliefs that underpin low self-worth) and the subconscious level (replacing the automatic self-critical patterns with something more accurate and useful). This is relevant for public speaking anxiety, leadership challenges, social situations, and general self-esteem.
