As a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and Coach with a background in Occupational Psychology, my approach is structured, goal-focused and designed to produce meaningful change not endless discussion.

Sessions are structured and collaborative, with clear goals agreed early and progress reviewed along the way. The focus is on building practical skills you can apply outside the session, so change continues between sessions rather than relying on insight alone.
