My career spans over 20 years across leadership training, behavioural assessment, and development strategy including psychological development work for leading government entities in the UAE. From designing feedback processes to supporting individual growth plans, my focus has always been on understanding what drives meaningful change.
But this interest isn’t only professional, it’s personal. I’ve lived with anxiety and know how it feels to be caught in a loop of worry and self-doubt. Learning to work with my thoughts, rather than against them, changed my life and now it’s the foundation of my work with others.
I trained in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) because it brings together the best of psychology and practical change. It’s not just “talking”; it’s a structured method that helps you understand and rewire your thought–feeling–behaviour cycle.

- Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Level 5), UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, (Accredited by NCFE and recognised by the British Psychological Society)
- Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CTI)
- BPS Level A & B Occupational Testing – Ability and OPQ & PAPI
- Enneagram
- Trained in Applied Hypnotherapy (RTT), Brain-Based Coaching, and NeuroLeadership
- Licensed through RAKFZ – UAE, providing international online services
