From training leaders at Emirates to supporting employee development at DEWA, my work has always centered on empowering others to reach their full potential.

But alongside my professional journey, I’ve always carried a deeper curiosity:
Why do we sometimes act against our own best interests, even when we know better? This question is personal as I faced anxiety in my own life. For years, it held me back. Learning to manage it didn’t just change how I functioned, it reshaped how I viewed human behaviour and personal transformation.

That experience helps me truly understand what my clients are going through and how to support them in moving forward.
